Shown with its more robust brother, the Arduino UNO R4 Wi-Fi, this is the true successor of the third version of the UNO family! The Arduino Uno R4 Minima is the choice for anyone looking to upgrade to new processing power, more advanced than the previous version, without compromising the form factor.
Here is yet another revolution of the UNO series. At its heart, the Arduino UNO R4 Minima has a renesas microcontroller, the RA4M1, with a clock of 48MHz, higher compared to its predecessor and with 256 kB of Flash memory and 32 kB of RAM memory. As for its I/O, it has 6 analog inputs and 14 digital ports, 6 of which support PWM. Its 14-bit ADC allows for a more accurate reading of analog inputs, compared to the 10-bit version of the R3.
Upgrading to a new microcontroller also brought more advantages when it comes to on-board peripherals, such as the addition of a 12-bit ADC, a CAN BUS controller and an operational amplifier, to increase design flexibility.
Debug the system without the computer? It is now possible, thanks to its SWD connector, which only allows you to connect the board to an external interpreter to monitor the project.
Previously reserved for Arduino Leonardo and Arduino Micro, this novelty contains HID support, making it now possible to use the board as a mouse or keyboard, being automatically recognized by the computer as such!
