This Mini Remote Control IR emits a 38kHz Modulated IR Signal that can be used to Control a Robot or other Electronic Project Across the Room. It has 21 Buttons, including Directional and Numeric Input Buttons.
This small IR Remote Control (3.4 ″ × 1.6 ″ × 0.3 ″) outputs a Modulated IR Signal (38kHz Carrier Frequency, 940nm Wavelength). It has 21 Buttons, including Directional and Number Input Buttons, and uses NEC Encoding Type and Sends Address Bytes 0x00 and 0xBF followed by a Data Code between 0 and 26 (Skip 3, 7, 11, 15, 19 and 23). When Paired With A Suitable Infrared Detector, This Remote Control Can Be Used To Control A Robot Or Other Electronic Project Across The Room.
Normally, you want a Detector specifically designed for IR Remote Control Applications, such as the Vishay TSOP38438 IR Receiver Module, but we found that this Remote Control also works decently with the TSSP58038 Fixed Gain Vishay Detector Modules (and with the TSSP77038 Similar Modules Integrated with the Zumo 32U4 Robot Front Sensor Board).
This item comes with a CR2032 Battery Already Installed. After the Plastic Tab is Removed, the Remote Control is Ready to Use.
