This AA boost module integrates with TI's TPS61032 auxiliary chip, which is capable of producing 5V 1A with input above 1.8V . The only difference between V1 and V2 is to change the output current from 2A to 1A.
AA V2 Reinforcement Module
The AA Boost Module is the exclusive product of DFrobot . One of its main features is to solve the problem of the 5V battery power supply. As we all know, an AA battery is 1.5V, with two or three you still can't get 5V. Now, with this AA booster module, insert two batteries, turn the on / off switch and you will have a 5V output to power your circuit. Two AA batteries will be enough to reach the 5V standard with ease and convenience of use , which also provides a simpler delivery scheme for Arduino sensors and controllers.
