Grove's capacitive humidity sensor (corrosion resistant) is a soil moisture sensor based on changes in capacitance. Compared to resistive sensors, capacitive sensors do not require direct exposure of metal electrodes, which can significantly reduce electrode erosion.

The Grove – UV Sensor is used for detecting the intensity of incident ultraviolet(UV) radiation. This form of electromagnetic radiation has shorter wavelengths than visible radiation. It is based on the sensor GUVA-S12D.It has a wide spectral range of 200nm-400nm. The module will output electrical signal which is varied with the change of the UV intensity. UV sensors are used for determining exposure to ultraviolet radiation in laboratory or environmental settings.

The Grove - Speaker is a module consisting of power amplification and voice outputs. The volume can be adjusted by the integrated potentiometer . With input frequencies at different, the speaker generates different tones. Encoding the music in Arduino, make your own music box yourself!
